Droge rode wijn met robijnrode reflecties, met het aroma van rijpe pruimen, krenten, chocolade, met een goed uitgebalanceerde afdronk met tonen van amandelen en evenwichtige tannines.

„Aged for 12 months in oak, the Cabernet-Merlot blend has a pronounced nose of smoked plum, dark cherry with woody notes of cigar box and dried tea leaves. Some dried fruit characters suggest development. Robust but ripe tannins support a warm, concentrated core of ripe dark fruits. Herbal notes of cedar and blackcurrant leaf plus a decent level of freshness provide balance, followed by a warm, white pepper-like finish.

Wine has a generous red color and complex notes of well ripen plum, figs, coffee and fine chocolate. Deep taste with almond shades accompanied by a rich texture and noble tannins

To serve: at 16˚C - 18˚C with red meat preparations, such as roast beef, lamb, mutton or pork, but also with aged cheeses.
